Brenden brings a depth of knowledge in capital markets, commercial real estate deal structure, underwriting expertise, and an extensive origination network.

Prior to founding ECC, Brenden was head of securitization at a Korth Direct Mortgage, a commercial mortgage loan originator based in Miami, FL.

Brenden also has experience in CMBS and Securities trading from his time at DoubleLine, a Los Angeles based mutual fund, and also MultiBank Securities, a broker-dealer based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL.
